It's my 6 Month Semi-Annual Day!

Christmas 2011

It's my first Christmas. I got a lot of presents from all my relatives. Thank you Mom & Dad, Gramma, Grandpa, Nanna & Pappa, Aunties & Uncles, Cousins.

More presents and visits with more Aunties & Uncles, & Fairy Godmothers and Fairy Godfathers.

And we made a gingerbread house!



We also played with my friend Rosy. And finally we came home. One more picture of me naked, yay!

A pirate without treasure is like a monkey without a spatula. It's a good thing I have my spatula.

5 Months: What a change

So I'm five months old now. Here's how big I am. Compare and contrast just four months ago:

You can't see it well here, but my clothes finally have enough room for my feet! And what size are my clothes you ask? Only 6-12 months!!! I gots me some big feet. The jumper actually fits all of me well, except it's too long in the leg.


I really like standing these days, but I'm still getting mom and dad to help me stay up. I can roll over on my own now, but I'm not convinced that being on my tummy is the greatest.

Well there you go all. An actual update. Here's some pictures. And Christmas is coming. Yay!

Week 16: Home & Sleep

Sleep for me that is. Mom and dad can sleep when they're dead. Europe is amazing, but I'm glad to be back in my command chair.

Beautiful Bilbao

Dad loved Bilbao. I thought it was pretty great too! You can't go 4 blocks without falling over a kids playground.

Olé Madrid

Lots of people here. We walked around, we took the subway, we saw Picasso. Starbucks doesn't open until 9:30/10:00 am.



Then they stole dad's wallet.

More Paris

Ah Paris!

I walked la champs elyses, climbed la tour eiffel et l'arc de triomphe, the louvre, pompadou centre, musee d'orsay, notre dame. Here, behold: pictures of me in france... sleeping in my hotel room.

3 Months

I'm 3 months old today. Also, my cousin's birthday is happening on Saturday.

2 Months

So I had my 2 months birthday last Saturday (Aug 27th). Lots going on this week as we went to get me a passport but they spelled my name wrong. I laughed it off though. (No really, I can laugh now!) Another doctors visit. I got my first vaccinations. Measles, mumps, reubella, and some new fangled vaccination to prevent some horrific gastro intestinal illnesses.

More to follow later. Dad's very tired.

Week 7: Smiles for you!

Wow I'm so busy this week. We went to the beach. Dad thought swimming was a good idea. I disagreed. Cousin & Aunty are here. We're having lots of fun. I got to play in the grass today. I also did some working out, practicing lifting my head. I smiled for Mom & Dad last week, but here's some that aunty helped get for you!

Week 6: I smile

Mom and dad were so busy that I've not had time to write and upload my pics. I get to visit with my cousin and aunt next week. Just some R&R before the coming big week. I smiled for mom and dad this week, but not for the camera. Here you go!

Week 5: I'm almost [22 inches](edit) tall

So dad's sitting on his butt apparently, and not updating pictures nearly often enough for Grandma. Here's some more pics today. Dad dug up the ruler again so you can see my progress. I wasn't very happy with it, but then I fell asleep. Here's pictures, as promised.

Oh, I also spent some time petting Ebe-cat. She's very nice and soft.



I'm also figuring out this Youtube (I've never done it before you know). But I should have some videos added to my blog today.

Ok here's my first video. Yeah, it's not the greatest, but that's me! on the internet! sleeping! and snoring or something.

Oh, and farting. Mom, dad, you're so immature.

Update 1: I also got dad to upload a video from my birthday.

Update 2011-07-30Doctor's visit yesterday. I'm 4.4 kg (9.68 lbs) and aparently I'm only now 21.5 inches long. (Dad thought he could get away with counting my pointed feet). We added some updated pictures. Me having a bath. Me getting dried in my alter ego BunnyBaby outfit.

Check out my pacifier tethers. I turned my head and dad thought it looked like a bionic implant. He's also jury rigged my baby bouncer with a deadman switched bottle holder. That's it for today folks. It's nap time!

Week 4: I'm [21 and 1/4] (inches long) (maybe)

Dad found something to measure me against week by week, so I expect you'll start seeing that ruler a lot in the coming months.
I'm also starting to make the rounds at the Socialist Pig (facebook). You may be able to catch me there around 13:00 most days. Lastly, we made me a real blog (you're looking at it.). You can see us blogging together in front of the computer.

From Week4

Thanks to all my admirers for their generous gifts. I have a wardrobe fit for a king (albeit a very small king).
I also want to give a big shout out to my cousins in Kelowna. Thanks for the two big boxes of clothes and such.

And now on to this week's slideshow of my life. Do you ever feel like you live in a fishbowl?


Update 1 #8 & 9: Mom caught dad sleeping on the job!
Update 2 So we got up to Ottawa for my Cousin/Aunt's birthday (Cousin 1x removed). I got to sit with Nana and my Great-Aunty again. Dad was very excited. Also, shout out to Grandma. Check out my white threads.

Week 3: Settling into the routine.

I had a very nice visit with grandpa last week, but it's time to get down to the serious business of growing. I'm up past my birth-weight (metric: birth-mass?) and drinking plenty. I got dad to remove the more shameless pictures of me hitting the bottle. I also spent some time chillin with my bro, Bobo. Mom and dad also introduced my sisters, but they don't seem to impressed.

Week 2: I have Great Grandparents, and pretty cool Grandparents too!

I met my Nana and Papa this week. Grandpa also flew out, just to see little old me! Aunty S. also came to see me! Thanks for all being so excited to meet me!

P.S. No more umbilical cord! I have a belly button!

Week 1: Ready or not Earth, here I come!

So this is earth huh? Fear not earthlings, take me to your leader! I require sustenance and a diaper change.
